If the device is following Zigbee standards it is possible it will work with other gateway solutions, it is just not confirmed as working yet!

Konke devices only work on Zigbee channel 15, 20 and 25. (On Zigate they will work on channel 11, but first they must be paired on channel 15. After that switch the Zigate to channel 11 and the device will follow automatically)
